Happy Sunday All!
Today starts week two with my personal trainer "LC". Week one of course was challenging altogether, I had to wake up at 4:30 to get down to my personal trainers studio before 6a (keep in mind I usually get up at 7a), my body was sore the entire week, and on top of that my trainer wants me to do 1 HOUR of cardio everyday even on my days with him (OMG!). After saying all that, I feel good, I didn't exceed my weekly Weight Watcher allowance points, and ready for week two.
