This week's workout schedule... Wish me luck!! :)

Sunday: 1 hour Yoga-Pilate (totally underestimated this class -it kicked my butt LOL)

Monday: 45 minutes Cycling

Tuesday: 1 hour Step followed by 1 hour Barbell Strength

Wednesday: 45 minutes Cycling

Thursday: 1 hour Step followed by 1 hour Strictly Strength

Friday: 1 hour Cycling

Saturday: 1 hour Cycling

Sunday: 30 minutes Treadmill (15 mins jog/15 mins walk) followed by 1 hour Yoga-Pilate

Heavy

I loving watching this show.  It comes on Monday nights at 10 pm Eastern time.  If you ever get a chance to watch it, you have to tell me what you think.

Another GREAT! week

I had another great week last week.  I worked out 5 days last week.  I am scared to weigh myself but I need to (LOL).  I had a great work out today as well.  I am loving Lifetime Fitness!! :)

I feel AMAZING this week...

This week's workout was the BEST!!!  I am following the Triathlon workout schedule but on Monday & Wednesday I did one hour of water aerobics (I totally underestimated this class before and during the workout until the next day when my muscles were SORE).  I highly recommend this class to any fitness levels.  You will get a great workout in even when you think you aren't!
