I feel AMAZING this week...

This week's workout was the BEST!!!  I am following the Triathlon workout schedule but on Monday & Wednesday I did one hour of water aerobics (I totally underestimated this class before and during the workout until the next day when my muscles were SORE).  I highly recommend this class to any fitness levels.  You will get a great workout in even when you think you aren't!
