WOW!! Did you know Coconut Oil is a GREAT! Fat burner?

I sure didn't!! I am listening to a weight loss podcast on and had to share!!  (1 tbsp a day)  and another great fat burner is drinking at least 32 ounces of water first thing in the morning.  (I will start them both in the morning LOL)  Okay I'm going back to listening to Dr. Jockers (LOL)
